The Company’s operations comprise two segments: Turnkey and Renewal. The Turnkey segment principally involves the design and implementation of technology applications and infrastructure solutions that support the fundamental business operations of customers. In the Renewal business, the Company and its subsidiaries provide customized operations, maintenance and support services for technology solutions. Its services include consulting, managed services and project management. It primarily conducts business across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan.
