Idi announces that PLC, a group in which it acquired a stake a few months ago, has acquired Creapharm Cosmetics, a CDMO specializing in the shaping of cosmetics products, with recognized expertise in hot-casting and sun protection.

This first structuring acquisition enables PLC to round out its product offering and consolidate its position as a benchmark player in the CDMO market for cosmetics and dietary supplement brands.

The group now has almost 80 employees and pro forma sales of over 22 million euros in 2023 (+38%). The Placet family, shareholders in Creapharm, will reinvest as minority shareholders in the new entity.
