Private equity firm IDI has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Forsk, a French publisher of mobile network planning and optimization software.

Located in Blagnac, France, the company has three offices and technical support centers in Chicago, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. It generated €32m in revenue in 2024 and employs approximately 140 people (including over 60 R&D engineers).

This primary LBO transaction led by IDI is accompanied by the reinvestment of the founders and the president. Subject to the usual conditions precedent, it will be completed by the end of July.
