IDI is pleased to announce that Ekosport, a European player in omnichannel distribution of outdoor sports goods, has acquired SkiWebShop, the leading Dutch online retailer of winter sports equipment.

"This first acquisition marks a strategic step in Ekosport's European development, strengthening its presence in the Benelux and DACH markets and consolidating its position as a key player in the outdoor sector", explains the investment company.

With a portfolio of over 10,000 products from 90 brands, SkiWebShop is expected to generate sales of 11 million euros this year (average annual growth of +35% since 2021).
