Hyundai Glovis Co Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in logistics business. The Company operates through three segments. The Logistics Business segment provides domestic logistics, and import and export logistics services, including transportation, warehousing and handling. The Distribution Business segment engages in automotive completely knocked down (CKD) business, sale of CKD parts, wholesale and export of used cars, and import and export of raw materials. The Shipping Business segment engages in car carrier and bulk carrier businesses. The car carrier business engages in transportation for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special vehicles, and project cargo using pure car and truck carriers (PCTCs). The bulk carrier business engages in transportation of dry cargo such as iron ore, coal and grain using bulk carriers, transportation of liquid cargo such as crude oil and petroleum products using tankers, and transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) using gas carriers.
