Björn Rosengren was until this summer CEO of the industrial company ABB. Prior to that, he held the same role at Sandvik. The proposal means that Björn Rosengren is appointed with the intention of becoming chairman when Ola Rollén leaves the board at the 2026 annual general meeting after 26 years.
