UBS has downgraded Hays shares from 'buy' to 'neutral' with a target price reduced from 100 pence to 70 pence, which now gives the British human resources services group's stock 11% upside potential.

We now expect further market deterioration to push results down to new lows and limit dividend potential, the broker said, in justifying its downgrade.
