Godrej Consumer Products Limited announced Ms. Ndidi Nwuneli, Independent Director of the Company has tendered her resignation with effect from close of May 1, 2024, on account of additional responsibilities taken by her in other organisations. Consequently, she will also cease to be a member of the Audit; Corporate Social Responsibility; and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee of the Company, Effective from May 1, 2024 on account of additional responsibilities taken by her in other organisations.
