Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd announced the appointment of Darric Ong Seng Onn as Company Secretary, effective 16 May 2025. Mr. Darric Ong has over 25 years of experience in legal practice. He had a brief stint in the banking sector from 1997 to 1999 before commencing his pupillage and legal practice thereafter.
He joined the corporate sector in 2007 overseeing the Legal Department and had been instrumental in the acquisition of properties and the setting up of companies within Malaysia and regionally. He joined Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd Group as Legal Manager in 2014 and has been serving as the Director, Legal and Company Secretarial since January 2025.
