Kinnevik-backed banking challenger Lunar is launching a collaboration with business system company Fortnox aimed at facilitating and speeding up the process of starting a business. This is stated in a press release.

In concrete terms, it is about enabling the establishment of companies digitally, instead of physically at banks, many of which tend to have long processing times.

"With a digital application process, we make it easier to get started quickly with opening a company account, without getting stuck in long and complicated processes. Together, we are creating a modern, simple and flexible solution for starting and running a business," says Mikaela Berglund, Operation Manager and CEO of Fortnox Starta Företag AB.

For Lunar, the partnership means gaining access to Fortnox customers and reaching out to more start-ups.
