in its Spanish acronym), duly empowered and on behalf of Enel Chile S.A. informed as a material fact, that May 28, 2025, at an ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Giuseppe Turchiarelli, tendered his resignation. This resignation is effective as of July 1, 2025. Likewise, it is informed that in this meeting of the Board of Directors of Enel Chile S.A., Mr. Gianluca Palumbo was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Enel Chile S.A., who will assume his duties as of July 1, 2025.
