Eminent Gold Corp. (TSXV:EMNT) acquired 168 optioned claims of Hot Springs Range Project located in Humboldt County, Nevada for approximately $2 million on April 11, 2025. As part of consideration, The agreement required USD $0.13614 million in cash payments, the issuance of 1,650,000 common shares, and a final USD$1.5 million payment, which may be satisfied by Eminent through the issue of common shares.
