The Board of dotdigital Group Plc will be maintaining its progressive dividend policy in line with Group EBITDA growth. Therefore, subject to approval at the AGM in December 2023, the Board proposed that the Group pay a final dividend of 1 pence per ordinary share (2022: 0.98 pence), payable at the end of January 2024.
