The board of directors of Dongfeng Motor Group Company Limited announced that Ms. Liu Yanhong, a non-executive Director, and Mr. Hu Yiguang, an independent non-executive Director, have been appointed as members of the nomination committee of the Company (the Nomination Committee), with effect from 30 June 2025. Following the above appointments, the Nomination Committee comprises three independent non-executive Directors (namely Mr. Zong Qingsheng, the chairman of the Nomination Committee, Mr. Leung Wai Lap, Philip and Mr. Hu Yiguang), one executive Director (namely Mr. Yang Qing) and one non-executive Director (namely Ms. Liu Yanhong), and has one Director of a different gender, with effect from 30 June 2025.
