BDY Group Insaat A.S. entered into Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 68.24% stake in Ditas Dogan Yedek Parça Imalat ve Teknik A.S. (IBSE:DITAS) from Dogan Sirketler Grubu Holding A.S. (IBSE:DOHOL) for $14.5 million on June 26, 2025. A cash consideration of $14.5 million will be paid by BDY Group Insaat A.S. As part of consideration, $14.5 million is paid towards common equity of Ditas Dogan Yedek Parça Imalat ve Teknik A.S.

The transaction is subject to subject to approval from Turkish Competition Authority.
