DiDi Global Inc is a holding company principally engaged in the operation of a mobility technology platform. The Company focuses on shared mobility, energy and vehicle services, electric mobility and autonomous driving. The Company operates its businesses through three segments: China Mobility, International and Other Initiatives. The China Mobility segment mainly comprises ride hailing, chauffeur, hitch and online taxi services. The International segment mainly includes ride hailing, food delivery and financial services in international markets, outside of China. The Other Initiatives segment mainly consist of bike and e-bike sharing, certain energy and vehicle services, intra-city freight, autonomous driving and financial services.
