Dear Colleagues,

We are incredibly proud to announce this year's class of Managing Directors, the highest officer title at our firm. This year, 344 of our colleagues, based in 29 countries, have achieved the MD milestone, up from 304 colleagues last year. This represents one of the largest MD cohorts in our firm's history, and once again reflects the global diversity of Citi and the colleagues, communities and clients we serve.

In this pivotal year for Citi, our new MDs have demonstrated their commitment to our firm and their teams and showed tremendous resilience. As we completed the most consequential set of changes to how we run the firm in decades, they led with empathy, helping colleagues adjust to new roles, all while taking on new and expanded responsibilities.

Our new MDs have been instrumental in ensuring we continue making progress on our Transformation and with our regulators. They continue to build our credibility with key stakeholders and are relentless about driving stronger business performance. They deliver excellence to our clients and help them navigate a dynamic, ever-changing global environment. They've set the tone for their teams and are helping us shape a bright future for the firm.
