The real estate company Cibus has in October acquired three modern grocery stores in Finland for an underlying property value of EUR 14.8 million, according to a press release.

The first property was built in 2022 and is located in Pori. The store is fully leased to S Group. The second property contains a grocery store under construction, which is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2025. The third property was built this year and is located in central Helsinki. The store is fully leased to Kesko, whose store will open in 2025.

The total leasable area is approximately 5,500 square meters and the average remaining lease term is approximately 12.9 years. The acquisitions increase Cibus' cash flow earning capacity and will be financed with a bank loan-to-value ratio of approximately 50%.
