The board of directors of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. announced that, due to reaching retirement age, Ms. ZHOU Linda Lei (Ms. ZHOU) has tendered her resignation from her position as a shareholders' representative supervisor and the chairperson of the supervisory committee of the company (the supervisory committee) with effect from November 2, 2023.
