The board of directors of Chiho Environmental Group Limited announced that Mr. Wang Li ("Mr. Wang") resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from 18 November 2024 due to work and health reasons. Mr. Wang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in relation to his resignation as an executive director of the Company.
