Its Century Complete brand targets entry-level homebuyers, primarily sells homes through retail studios and the Internet, and generally provides no option or upgrade opportunities. It offers title, insurance and lending services in select markets through its Parkway Title, IHL Home Insurance Agency, and Inspire Home Loans subsidiaries.
