John Wood Group signed three agreements with BP to provide engineering and project-delivery services on the energy giant's projects.

The Scottish energy-services provider said Thursday that the contracts cover support for both offshore and onshore assets within the upstream, midstream and downstream energy markets.

No financial details were disclosed.

One agreement covers a new master services pact for engineering, procurement and construction-management services, which will run for an initial term of three years, with potential to extend with an additional four.

The companies also agreed to extend two existing long-term framework agreements that covers the provision of conceptual engineering and pre-front end engineering and design. These were extended for an additional three years each.

"We are delighted to enhance our partnership with BP," Chief Executive Ken Gilmartin said.
