In his open letter to employees, he says he wants to get closer to the production lines, by relocating to Seattle, and intends to visit several sites to better understand the challenges.

He promises transparent communication with employees on progress made, and reaffirms his commitment to working with the team to make Boeing 'a leader everyone can be proud of'.
