Barclays PLC (LSE:BARC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to £750 million worth of its shares. The purpose of the program is to reduce the share capital of the company.

The shares purchased under the program will be cancelled. The program will end no later than May 1, 2025.
