The newly appointed members are Chin-Bing (Philip) Peng, Jang-Lin (John) Chen, Cathy Han, and Yen-Hsi Lin.
The changes were made due to the expiration of the term and re-election of the Board of Directors. The new appointments took effect on May 28, 2025.
