ASROCK Incorporation Announces the List of New Members of the First Audit Committee

ASROCK Incorporation announced the list of new members of the first Audit Committee of the Company. Name and resume of the new position holder: (1)Independent Director:Lin, Chien-Chung/Professors of Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University,(2)Independent Director:Tsai, Pei-Yun/Professors of the doctoral program in Integrated Circuit Design and Automation at National Taiwan University and (3)Independent Director:Chen, Po-Chu/Chairperson and CEO and Managing Partner, NEXUS CVC Partners Corp. Effective date of the new member is October 31, 2024.

Any other matters that need to be specified: The current supervisor shall be dismissed at the same time when the Audit Committee is established.
