Shanghai HongTong Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 700 million in an equity round of funding on December 12, 2024. The transaction include the participation from returning investor APT Medical Inc., retain 100% stake in the company. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital will increase from CNY 18,489,345 to CNY 26,548,213.

The transaction has been approved at the 20th meeting of the second board of directors and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Using Raised Funds and Own Funds to Increase Capital to a Wholly Owned Subsidiary", agreeing to use the raised funds to provide interest-bearing loans to Shanghai HongTong to increase its capital, and to use its own funds to increase its capital and the announcement on the Resolution of the 17th Meeting of the Second Supervisory Board of APT Medical Inc.
