National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels agreed to acquire Alpha Dhabi Hospitality Holding LLC and Murban Energy Limited from Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC.

National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (ADX:NCTH) agreed to acquire Alpha Dhabi Hospitality Holding LLC , Murban Energy Limited and Hill View Resorts (Seychelles) Limited from Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC (ADX:ALPHADHABI) on March 11, 2024. As part of the consideration, National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels will issue new ordinary shares to Alpha Dhabi Holding. On July 10, 2024, shareholders of National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels has approved the deal.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024.
