Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC announced that it has approved the appointment of Mr. Fadi Sleiman as the Group Chief Finance Officer (GCFO), effective 30 May 2025. Mr. Sleiman brings over than 22 years of executive experience in finance and investment across regional and international markets. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles within prominent financial and investment institutions, with responsibilities covering strategic financial leadership, cash flow and liquidity management, investor relations and funding matters.
Fadi holds CFA charter and CPA certificate; he holds a global executive MBA from INSEAD; he completed graduate studies at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada; and INSEAD IDP (International directors' program) and he holds an Accounting and Finance degree from The Lebanese University.
