Analysguiden sets a new motivated value of SEK 8 on real estate investment company Fastator.
The new target price is based on relative valuation.
The analysis guide notes that the share is trading at a discount of 80 percent to net asset value, which is well above the historical average of about 30 percent.
"A comparison with a selection of other listed real estate companies indicates that their median valuation relative to reported equity is 0.68. We apply this multiple to Fastator's net asset value and an additional risk premium of 40 percent as the company may need to take measures to strengthen its balance sheet," writes the Analysis Guide.
The analysis also states that Fastator's focus going forward will be on the refinancing of outstanding loans. The bond debt amounts to SEK 1.5 billion.
"To reduce total debt, Fastator plans to divest some assets, which requires time and patience to realize full value," it says.
