Air France-KLM announced on Tuesday that former French Minister of the Armed Forces Florence Parly had been appointed chair of its board of directors.
This appointment, made on the recommendation of the nomination and governance committee and approved by the board at a meeting held today, will take effect at the end of the next general meeting, scheduled for 4 June.
Florence Parly will succeed Anne-Marie Couderc, who had been chair of the board of directors since May 2018 and whose term was coming to an end.
Florence Parly, who served as French Minister of the Armed Forces between 2017 and 2022, joined the airline's board of directors in December 2023 as a director.
