Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited announced that, in alignment with the Company's business expansion, the Board of Directors meeting held on June 20, 2025, endorsed the proposal of the Nomination and Compensation Committee regarding the organizational restructuring. This includes the appointment of Mr. Montri Khongkruephan, who will assume the position of Chief Audit Officer (CAO). This appointment shall take effect from July 1, 2025, onwards.
