Accor recorded sales of €1,349m in Q1 2025, up 9.2% y-o-y.
This increase breaks down into a 1.8% rise for the Premium, Mid-range and Economy divisions and a 17.9% rise for the Luxury & Lifestyle division.
The Premium, Midscale and Economy division generated sales of €703m, up 1.8% y-o-y. RevPAR was 3.4% higher than in Q1 2024, 90% driven by prices and 10% by occupancy.
The Luxury & Lifestyle division generated sales of €668m, up 17.9% y-o-y. RevPAR was 8.3% higher than in Q1 2024, two-thirds driven by prices and one-third by occupancy.
In Q1 2025, Accor opened 45 hotels, corresponding to over 5,900 rooms, representing net network growth of 2.7% over the past 12 months, which is expected to accelerate from the start H2 2025.
