On August 5, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Accor and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.99% of the share capital and 5.22% of voting rights in this company.

This threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Accor shares on and off the market and an increase in the number of Accor shares held as collateral.

Accor is the No. 1 European hotel group. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - operating hotels under management contract (74.7%; HotelServices); - owned and leased hotel management (25.3%).
