BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on August 2 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Accor's voting rights, and now holds 5.14% of the share capital and 4.48% of the voting rights of the hotel chain.

The American asset management giant explains that this threshold crossing results from a sale of Accor shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
