Accor: BlackRock falls below 5% of votes

On August 7, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Accor, and that it held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.43% of the company's capital and 4.73% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from a reduction in the number of Accor shares held as collateral.

Accor is the No. 1 European hotel group. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - operating hotels under management contract (70.8%; HotelServices); - owned and leased hotel management (29.2%).
