STUTTGART (BOERSE STUTTGART GMBH) - Euwax Trends on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange
Investor trends
1. call warrant on Rheinmetall (WKN MG0R3N)
The German armaments leader Rheinmetall is one of the major beneficiaries of the "turnaround" proclaimed by the German government following the Russian attack on Ukraine. This is also reflected in the armaments company's share price. With an increase of 127%, the share is the second-best DAX share in 2024. At the same time, the share reached a new record high of just under 659 euros today. Rheinmetall aims to become more profitable and is targeting a total return of 18% by 2027. The armaments group is also expanding strongly abroad and is now also building an ammunition factory in Lithuania. It is scheduled to start production in mid-2026. The call warrant on Rheinmetall continues to be heavily traded on Euwax after the price gains and is bought by the majority of investors.
2nd call warrant on SAP (WKN JV8K3X)
Salesforce's better-than-expected quarterly figures, including an increase in its forecast, also drove up the share prices of its competitors. However, SAP had already made significant gains in the days before the Salesforce figures were published and climbed from one record to the next. Like Rheinmetall, SAP also reached a new record high today just above 242 euros. Europe's largest software company thus remains the most valuable DAX company. Stuttgart investors buy the call warrant on SAP.
3. knock-out call on Puma (WKN UM2DG2)
So far this year, the Puma share has not been convincing and is one of the worst performers in the MDAX 2024 with a drop of almost 14%. Today, however, the share is one of the best MDAX shares with a current gain of 4.9%. The sporting goods manufacturer is benefiting from a buy recommendation. Analysts at Oddo BHF emphasized the moderate valuation compared to the company's latest growth figures. Knock-out investors tend to buy the knock-out call on Puma.
Euwax Sentiment
The DAX is on a record run. Today, the leading German index also climbed to a new record high. The new record high currently stands at 20,327 points. The index is currently slightly lower at 20,315 points, up 0.4% on the previous day's close. Over the week as a whole, this represents a gain of around 5 percent. Nevertheless, investors in Stuttgart remain cautious; the Euwax Sentiment was exclusively in negative territory until midday and currently stands at -45 points.
