Ziyuanyuan Holdings Group Limited announced that Mr. Wong Kwok San has tendered his resignation as the joint company secretary, the authorised representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, and the authorised representative for accepting service of process or notice on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, with effect from August 20, 2025. Following Mr. Wong's resignation, Ms. Li Xinpei, the existing company secretary, will continue to act as the Company Secretary and has been appointed as the Authorised Representative and the Process Agent with effect from August 20, 2025. The Authorised Representatives are now Mr. Zhang Junshen and Ms. Li.
