Wynn Macau, Limited announced on 20 August 2025, the Board declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.185 per Share for the six months ended 30 June 2025, payable to Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 8 September 2025. For the purpose of determining the identity of members who are entitled to the interim dividend, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 4 September 2025 to 8 September 2025 (both days inclusive) during which period no transfer of Shares will be effected. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on 17 September 2025.
