E-commerce company Boozt has gained a new public short seller: WorldQuant, which has shorted a total of 0.5 percent of the company's capital.
In total, 4.84 percent of Boozt's capital is now shorted. Boozt currently has three public short sellers.
An entity that shorts a stock is required to make its position public if it exceeds 0.5 percent. Positions of 0.1 percent or greater must be reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).
