(Alliance News) - Webuild Spa announced that it acquired 240,000 of its own ordinary shares between March 16 and March 20.

The shares were purchased at an average unit price of EUR2.3638, for a total consideration of EUR567,305.47.

Following these transactions, the company holds a total of 30.5 million treasury shares, representing approximately 3.0% of its share capital.
