Vonovia SE at its AGM held on May 21, 2026 appointed Dr Anne-Marie Großmann-Minkwitz to the Supervisory Board for the first time, the Annual General Meeting endorsed the proposal put forward by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. Dr Anne-Marie Großmann succeeds the outgoing Supervisory Board member Matthias Hünlein, whose term of office ended as planned at this year?s AGM.
