On November 27, Bo Annvik, a member of the board at truck and bus manufacturer Volvo, acquired 1,757 B-shares in the company. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 284.30 each, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 499,500. The purchase took place on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to data from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.
Prior to this transaction, Annvik owned only 45 shares in Volvo, based on information from the shareholder service Holdings. Annvik also serves as CEO of the technology trading company Indutrade.
