On November 3, 2025, Vivid Seats Inc.?s Board of Directors (the ?Board ?) appointed Lawrence Fey, age 45 as the Company?s Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Fey succeeds Stanley Chia, who mutually agreed with the Board to implement this leadership transition by stepping down from his position as Chief Executive Officer on the same effective date.
