In a filing with the AMF, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. declared that it indirectly crossed above the 5% threshold of Vivendi's share capital and voting rights on April 17, following an off-market acquisition of Vivendi shares.

The U.S. banking group specified that it indirectly holds, through its controlled subsidiaries, 58,223,547 Vivendi shares, representing 5.69% of the capital and 5.52% of the voting rights of the media and entertainment group.
