The board of Victorian Plumbing Group plc is recommending a full year final ordinary dividend of 1.45 pence per share for the year ended 30 September, 2025 (2024: 1.09 pence per share) subject to shareholders' approval at the AGM on 25 February 2026. The dividends will be paid on 4 March 2026 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 6 February 2026.
