The shares were acquired at a price of £0.10 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of £33,600. The deal was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to information from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's (Finansinspektionen) insider registry.
As of March 15, Rapti owned 1.23 million shares in Viaplay, according to shareholder service Holdings.
