Christian Albeck, Head of Content Acquisition and Co-Head of Swedish Operations at media company Viaplay Group, has acquired 200,000 B-shares in the company. The purchase was made on August 25 at a price of SEK 1.25 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 250,000. The deal was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to disclosures from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.
As of July 25, Albeck held 1.2 million shares in Viaplay, according to data from shareholder service Holdings.
