On November 17, 2025, Kristine Diamond, Chief Accounting Officer, informed Veeva Systems Inc. of her decision to resign from her position effective as of December 11, 2025. Upon Ms. Diamond?s departure, Brian Van Wagener, Chief Financial Officer of Veeva, will serve as principal accounting officer until a replacement is named.
