The Board of Directors of Valterra Platinum Limited has approved the declaration of a gross final dividend of ZAR 6,200 million or ZAR 23.00 per share (2300 cents per share). The payment date of dividend on JSE is March 30, 2026 and on LSE is April 15, 2026. The record date on JSE is March 27, 2026 and on LSE is March 27, 2026.
Trading ex-dividend commences on March 25, 2026 on JSE and March 26, 2026 on LSE.
